Delivery approach

We review the site and existing conditions: layout, equipment, operating hours, connectivity and the data already available. This is where retrofit suitability and measurement options are verified.
We define a suitable scope, select technology against the assessed conditions and agree how performance will be evaluated, including any assumptions behind estimates.
We implement and commission the solution, configure it for your operation and validate it with your team before handover.
After handover we review how the solution performs in daily use, tune settings where useful and agree the ongoing support arrangement.
