Seven steps
From assessment to a rollout decision

Assess and plan
Review bills, light counts, layout, operating hours, existing conditions, decision makers and candidate pilot areas. Agree scope, responsibilities and success criteria.

Baseline monitoring
Install IntelliPLUS monitoring at the selected site to record the existing lighting load and operating patterns. The source material suggests a representative two to four week period; the final duration depends on the site.

Analyse and forecast
Review the baseline, model the proposed lighting strategy, estimate savings and document tariff, usage and cost assumptions.

Implement LumiPLUS
Upgrade the same pilot area, configure sensing and dimming, then commission and tune the system.

Measure and compare
Continue monitoring, compare before and after consumption and review user experience, reliability and cost impact. Account for differences in operating hours, occupancy and other relevant conditions.

Review and decide
Present measured results and the forecast to the committee. Proceed when the agreed performance and operational criteria are met. If they are not met, investigate, adjust and retest or revise the scope before any rollout decision.

Full deployment
Agree phased implementation, handover, monitoring and ongoing maintenance.
